$75 – $200L.E.A.P. is a day of advanced-level learning comprised of high-impact sessions that provide attendees the opportunity to Learn, Engage, Act and Participate through creative outlets under the guidance of thought leaders.
Our theme this year is Advocacy in Action: Empowering Yourself and the Meetings Industry. Attendees will learn practical tools and strategies to advocate effectively and foster empowerment within themselves, their teams and the industry.

We will examine how environmental concerns are connected to decisions about event design—and how thoughtful, equity-centered planning can disrupt harmful patterns while advancing well-being for people, the planet and profit. Through real-world examples and practical strategies, attendees will learn how to embed social sustainability into their event goals, design choices, and impact reporting. This session will prepare attendees to move beyond intention and into Advocacy in Action with Strategic Purpose. |
