Speaker Bio: Career Consultant and Coach Shannon Ratay advises on best practices for effective job search. She is recognized for being an expert in using a creative process to assist job seekers making major career shifts into roles and industries that are better aligned to key talents, passions and skills. Shannon is playful in her approach, but serious about her clients stepping up; direct but inspiring. She owes her strengths and passion to her own journey switching from a job she dreaded to building a thriving, fulfilling career. Companies she’s worked for include The North Face, PowerBar, Backroads, and Levi’s. In addition to her own private coaching practice, she currently coaches for career-transition company Torchiana, and for Clif Bar.
