Did someone say “Networking”?

It’s early in the morning and you’re prepping for another day of conference calls, vendor sourcing, and or maybe even cold calling prospective new clients.  Well if you haven’t taken advantage of PCMA NCC’s networking breakfasts, you’re missing out!  Why not join us to do all of this in person each month.

Just to give you a little idea of the fun, we kicked off the first networking event of the season with, “New Year, New You” at the beautiful Marine’s Memorial Club in San Francisco.  In addition to our wonderful breakfast fare, the room was flanked with conversation corners where some attendees were able to start their business days out with, well, a little something for them.  There was a lot of excitement around the LinkedIn “station”, where guests could get advice on making the most out of their profiles.  Orange Photography did a phenomenal job with the many attendees that took advantage of getting head shots.  And, we had two professional coaches join us from Golden Goose Consulting to have conversations with anyone who was interested in making a change in their lives, careers, or just get a boost. All of our corners were busy throughout the event.

According to chapter president, Alex Carvalho-Lukachova, “We also saw a lot of people come by the PCMA table looking to get more involved with the chapter and some non-members expressed their intent in becoming members….and the CMM, CMP experts also helped a lot of attendees with their questions on the CMP, CMMP certification path and benefits.

With over 65 industry professionals join in, this was one of our most successful February programs to date.

March’s “Spring Into The Season” event at McCormick & Kuleto’s Seafood & Steaks (who said seafood was just for dinner) was a huge success as well, with over 75 people in attendance.  This event fell on the heels of MPI ACE, and captured both pre-registered and drop in attendees captured at the show. It just gets bigger and better, and we look forward to seeing you at our next event in April.
